Interestingly the Cardiff base is exclusively outbound leisure to bucket and spade destinations. It will be interesting to see what the plans for EDI and MAN are given that both already have heavy competition on bucket and spade routes.

It doesn't matter whether I think it's a Glasgow airport or not, it's what the majority of the travelling public think. If someone uses Skyscanner/Kayak/Expedia to search for Glasgow to Copenhagen for a weekend break next August there will be plenty of non-stop options at various times and fares but...

Why would Loganair decide to start GLA-CPH or GLA-BRU instead of seeking new opportunities from other UK airports, exactly? CPH is largely leisure traffic and is served by easyJet, Ryanair and Norwegian from EDI at high frequency with highly competitive fares. Could Loganair realistically operate a ...

DUS didn't work for Eurowings with a Q400 and they pulled out of GLA despite having Lufthansa distribution behind the route. DUS was a daily A320 when it ended.
