Interesting. I wonder what happens if you have a lightning strike, dose it just short out and drop out the sky.
A friend of ours were on a flight 2 weeks ago and had a lightning strike over Turin But that was a normal plane and landed safely.

Flown on 767 by 2 different airlines Air leisure and AA both from GLA, enjoyed both flights. Leisure Air International which became First Choice on the purchase of Unijet by First Chiice. It must have been an Orlando flight. Never flown on an AA763 but remember that flight well AA53 GLA-ORD. Mrs C ...

United Canx one of their flights from EWR today apparently turn round in mid flight. Yesterday they had a 764 on the 161/162
Can’t confirm but I think the earlier flight was Canx.
