Taxiway C now disused

Taxiway Charlie, which is the portion of the old cross runway East of 23, is now shown on charts as Disused. Previously it was NOTAM'd as a temporary closure, so looks a bit like the issue was going to cost money to fix. Although Charlie was weight limited, it was a useful get-out for props and small jets to free up runway space, so it looks as if spacing on 05 landings would have to be increased to allow space for taxiing aircraft to go all the way to Bravo.

They have exited the smaller stuff via D (even backtracked them) the times I've been over lately with05 ops
