Do any of your guys with the fingers on the pulse no how the restart has went re loads, bookings etc? I'd imagine we are still a fair bit off from a double daily. I see BHX is now 10 flights a week and MAN double daily one of which is an A380.

I flew GLA DXB GLA recently…(ish) Out 777-200ER full in Business - 80% in coach. Back 777-300ER 40-50% Business maybe 60-65% coach … (27/8 - 05/09)

Part of the problem is that Australia is a big market for EK from GLA which is still not accepting international visitors. MAN and BHX rely much more on connections to India, Pakistan, etc which are now open again.

Cheers, sometimes it all just lines up nicely. Even the Signature crew bus that arrived seconds before the 777 did. :?

@ Allen McL,

This is a great picture, beautifully composed and framed.
To me it represents the marvel of human Engineering in the foreground, against the powers of Nature in the background.
If there was ever a photograph to sum up our situation today, then this is it.

Those Storm clouds in the background will soon be upon us. Are we prepared for what is to come ?

Again a great pic, Allen McL, and thanks for sharing it with us all.
