Here’s a load of good info from EDI about the effect of Covid on them. Much of this will be similar for other airports as they work in the same industry:

Interesting document - although there will have been changes as the crisis has extended and deepened

The last page is very interesting and a clear pitch for the rebuilding of traffic

Of course all of that last page is outdated now as there is virtually no demand for anything currently.

BA departure on 14th November EDI-LGW cancelled. Just been advised tonight and confirmed a rebooking to LHR instead.

Looks like BA may be leaving Gatwick for good. No point retaining long haul from there if there are no feeder flights.

Much of the long haul is O&D anyway, the only flights with decent frequency are GLA/EDI/AMS/JER.

Delta to Boston back on sale for S21x 4 x weekly on the 763. JFK will operate 7 x weekly 763 as it stands.
