I could have sworn I saw a 747 take off just before 3 this afternoon. Any info on this or am I seeing things?

Glasgow - Alicante, Oct 1978 with BY. Think the aircraft name was Sir Walter Raleigh. I wasn't yet collecting regs at that time. Funnily enough I've never been back to ALC since. Need to sort that out when the world gets flying again

GLA/ALC with BY, October School week 1978. Can still remember it felt like a wall of heat stepping out on arrival.
