Also, hopefully they'll not manage the three airports as a 'group' and develop each one with autonomy, or sell off ABZ and SOU and ...

Re: Court Line fifty years ago today
Yes folks, believe or not, 15 AUG74 was a black day in the holiday airline business. Court Line Aviation, owners of Airfair, Clarksons Holidays, Horizon Holidays, Meon Villas and OSL, collapsed into bankruptcy leaving thousands of holidaymakers stranded abroad, thousands more out of pocket as paid ...

Re: GLA and social media

A slight improvement I suppose.

Re: AGS for sale?
For info Ryanair Uk bases by size. STN first,MAN second, EDI third. And also that many years ago Ryanair had a base at MAN but fell out with them and closed it then soon went back and ended up going gangbusters there. Great joy if that history repeats here at GLA. Asking this cos I am very interest...

Re: FlyBe 3.0?
So I went on the Avooma Airlines website and filled in their feedback form which was asking where we’d like them to fly. I suggested GLA- SOU/CWL/EXT/BHX/EMA/NWI and gave the following reasons for that: “ Some of FlyBe’s most popular domestic services were to/from Glasgow given it’s the geographica...
