Boarded the FR/Lauda to Vienna on Tuesday night about 30 minutes late. The gate had been changed at least 4 times. Then sat for another 2hrs waiting for inbound bags to be unloaded and outbound loaded. Lots of young families onboard, not a good look for anyone arriving and departing!
