Re: Just bought a CAM
Good for you. Like PiperOne I also prefer printed material to online options. How I wish airlines would bring back a paper timetable. Having said that I’d be lost without FR24, Lhr-lgw. co.uk, egpffqtv/egph sites and,of course, our own forum. Hope all good with you. All good atuk thanks. The closer...

Re: Just bought a CAM
First in over 40 years or so, just for the nostalgia of it. Even with glasses on you'd need binoculars to read as there are that many registrations to a page. Now over 19,000 British registered aircraft, helicopters, microlights and hot air balloons. :o Still, good for a trip down memory lane. My ma...

Re: Could United be returning??
Some good debating on here, well done chaps. Should I change the thread title to Could EK be leaving? Seriously, just asking.

Re: Your favourite holiday airline
Jet2 Jet 2 were my favourite too, right up to this year. Booking a trip, flights, transfers and hotel, get to the payment page only to find we were on a 19.30 departure (or something like that), getting to the hotel at midnight. But! For an extra £100 each we could go on the traditional early mornin...

Re: GLA and social media
If they didn't promote the retail outlets, what exactly would they have to promote? They have nothing much to shout about that's not summer seasonal at the moment, no tx apart from the odd TUI,again seasonal and Air Transat to Toronto. One daily flight to the ME and the rest is bucket and spade and ...

Re: CAA TRAFFIC STATISTICS - MAR 2024
An interesting comparison is with 2018 when Scotland's Top 5 handled 28.5m passengers EDINBURGH +0.7m +5% GLASGOW -2.3m -24% ABERDEEN -0.8m -28% INVERNESS -0.1m -11% PRESTWICK -0.2m -23% TOTAL -2.7m -10% Coincedence that the two AGS run airports fared worst? Nope! Not coincidental at all.

Re: GLA and social media
Obviously the management are well aware of the lack of USA direct flights and are working on it constantly. Indeed Andy Cliffe said it himself. Sadly it’s not as easy as we would all want though. It's not that easy, but it shouldn't be as difficult as it appears given we had US service for 25yrs an...

Re: FR close BOD base
Meant all the contributors on the thread so far. Think it's fair to say that most of the forum would love FR to launch a base at GLA.
