I notice it's been pretty much double daily weekdays this summer (although I think it reduces a bit in Jul and Aug), which doesn't seem to have been discussed much.
It's interesting EZY can ramp up frequency and capacity on this route seemingly successfully, despite Transavia and VY failing pretty dismally so recently. Perhaps the increased frequency adds better flexibility and attracts more pax who require this and would otherwise have gone AF from EDI.
The BHX schedule is a joke. I see EDI is about 17 weekly so they might think GLA pax will go from EDI instead. I think LM would find EZY suddenly step up frequency if they tried to compete.
Iirc the WCML trains to Euston via Birmingham New Street are operating from Glasgow again, so they'll maybe be getting more business!
