Didn’t see that coming but good news.

Interesting - also a former PIK route. Hopefully PSA can be moved up the road next.

Now let’s finish the job and get the rest of the PIK routes up here, and take some of EDI’s too whilst we’re at it.

Is this not the first new route they've launched at GLA since the base closed back in 2018? Hopefully it signals an improved relationship and understanding with FR which will lead to more new routes in the future.

Surprising but very welcome news indeed. You's like to think that whatever the differences are/were with AGS and FR they could be starting to settle them. Fingers crossed.

Good news. Surprising aspect for me is that a new route is also bucket and spade. Would have more expected another Euro city or somewhere else in the British Isles like BOH or BFS if a new FR route was to launch. Even last time around when the base was announced the Med routes pretty much still stayed at PIK bar some latter non based flying on low frequency to ALC and AGP and I think for a year or two to LPA and ACE.
