Doing a trip to BUD and VIE later in the year. LH from GLA actually worked out cheaper and better value when you factor in a roll aboard and seats than FR from EDI. Would like to see them add Munich back with realistic frequency. Agree GLA really needs to step up its promotion of itself.

Many folks are misled/deluded by Ryanair’s “cheap flights”. Remember the words of the song Cheap Flights by Fascinating Aida.

It’s only really a bargain if you have permissible hand luggage, no seat preference and aren’t bothered with priority boarding.

Indeed true on FR in a few weeksi am going for an event in dublin .. £28 pounds for flights , by the time you add in extras etc , over £130 pounds
