Ryanair: Could my prayers be answered?

In a press release calling for the Irish Transport Minister to resign Ryanair had a quote about what will happen if the 32 million passenger cap is not lifted in Dublin.

"Unless this idiotic passenger cap is lifted, then all growth and new flights will bypass Dublin, and instead go to London, Manchester, and Glasgow."

Is he speaking generally, or does Ryanair see potential in Glasgow?

I think it's also open to question whether the "growth and new flights" being referred to are FR ones, or just in general.

I think he’s thinking “ah well we’re putting 3 planes into Glasgow in October so let’s pretend to that useless article in the Irish Govt. that these were going into Dublin if they had bowed to my demands, because that’s the kind of way I operate, to be sure”.

Maybe this could potentially get FR to get a move on with growth like O’Leary said would happen if they never removed the Dublin cap.
