G-LMRB, came down from Dundee this morning, still at it, albeit using 23 now. I know they've been in the odd time already, but a first time for me seeing one at GLA in full Loganair colours. The ATR-42 of course will be the mainstay of the fleet, displacing the Saab 340 in due time. ;)

Also whilst at GLA this morning, I noticed some engineering attendance at the parked BA Airbus fleet, and also counted just 7 tails. Have some snuck off elsewhere. off airfield for continued storage, or on the airfield, or been pressed back into service ?

Some of the A320's have returned to LHR.

A321s G-EUXH, XK and XL all performed GLA-GLA engineering flights yesterday. It was mentioned on Flyertalk that this is the first step of the A321s returning to LHR.

On a related note, A320 Neo G-TTND positioned to GLA for maintenance today.

This is a good link to check status of individual aircraft but is not always up to date.

http://thebasource.com/covid-fleet-watch/

It's got harder over time to track what aircraft are in storage as BA have also been shuttling aircraft up from LHR for maintenance at the hanger.

The other day there were 7 A321, A319 DBCE and A320 UUF over at the short runway plus the 3 A321 that had been transferred over to the terminal side, and whatever the hanger had. A320 UYH is shown on the BA Source as being stored at GLA but shows as operating a flight to BCN on FR24 on the 6th July. Last I saw on Sunday it was parked on 64.

I stopped for a look last night on my way past and counted nine BA fleet parked by the farm road and it looked like three, possibly four outside BAMG. Presumably one or two maybe inside the hangar ?

LMRB looks good in its LM colours.

I saw it in DND on Thursday morning on my way to Holyrood. First commercial airliner I’ve seen since 08MAR 20.

Went over for a look, quite a crowd had gathered and not much to be seen in terms of distancing and/or masks. I went up the old farm access road and snapped from there, leaving the chattering mob to themselves... :o

Well caught - Shots from this spot are becoming much more difficult due to the construction work. I take it there wasn`t much doing as it was Sunday.

Cheers.
