Good to see EK27 back in the skies, currently at 36,000ft above Iraq heading our way. ETA 12:16.

Also our first post-Covid Jet2 pax flight is taking off as I type, with ‘BE going to Kefalonia. Happy hols, y’all. :D

G-SWRD Excel Aviation exec 737-300, currently boarding the Rangers squad at West gate. The players are slowly being checked through the security porta-cabin before walking across the apron to board via airstairs. (Now pushing back)

A321s G-EUXH, XK and XL all performed GLA-GLA engineering flights yesterday. It was mentioned on Flyertalk that this is the first step of the A321s returning to LHR.

On a related note, A320 Neo G-TTND positioned to GLA for maintenance today.
G-EUXC, XG and XM carried out local flights today so all six G-EU.. aircraft which arrived on 17 March have now flown once since then

By my reckoning we have 2/3rds of BA's A321 fleet on the ground at GLA with the arrival from Bournemouth of G-EUXF on 13 Jul and G-MEDM on 14 Jul

Rumours that the 321Ceos are being retired

G-EUXJ & G-MEDL inbound now, so now 14 out of 18 'older' A321s - only leaves G-EUXD & G-EUXE stored at Bournemouth and G-EUXI & G-MEDN stored at Heathrow

When parking the two A321s this afternoon, ops commented that they were expecting a couple more on Friday.
