Easyjet Aircraft 6
Re: Easyjet Aircraft 6
Doesn't look as if GLA (or LPL for that matter) is in the first wave of UK base reopenings from 1st July if the tweet below is to be believed. The reopening at GLA seems to be from the 1st August instead. Quite a steep ramp-up in capacity assuming the sixth aircraft arrives at the end of that month.

Re: Easyjet Aircraft 6
Assuming post is correct then EZY's position re GLA & LPL appears to be start slowly at the nearby larger base and leave the smaller base for a month but everything is dependent on so many variables not least demand - looking at the 'three week view' the fares in August are low with September a bit higherG-WATP wrote: ↑Fri Jun 12, 2020 6:51 pm Doesn't look as if GLA (or LPL for that matter) is in the first wave of UK base reopenings from 1st July if the tweet below is to be believed. The 'three week view' shows that the proposed frequencies in August from GLA have been cut so 2/3, 4/5, 4/6, 5/6, 4/7, 5/7 are evident with no Berlin in Aug or Sep
Re: Easyjet Aircraft 6
LGW - GLA and BFS - GLA resume next week.
Re: Easyjet Aircraft 6
According to the easyJet booking system from the 2nd July. Belfast varies between BFS-GLA-BFS and GLA-BFS-GLA. 2nd July leaves GLA at 0630 and then returns by 0830.
Re: Easyjet Aircraft 6
Certainly looks like a number of inconsistencies through July . . . . we can only wait and see
Possibly some 'one off' positioning flights as crews come back online

Re: Easyjet Aircraft 6
I'm well aware of that and it's non-based services, but from the 2nd July it switches between based and non-based. So these reports on twitter saying August are currently according to easyJet's own system are incorrect, that may change though.PiperOne wrote: ↑Fri Jun 12, 2020 9:31 pmFor next week's return to service all are non-based, and on different timings every day.
Re: Easyjet Aircraft 6
Plenty of publicity this morning as easyJet restarted commercial flying operations with GLA once again being the initial airport of choice, this time from LGW.

The LGW=GLA flight beat the BFS-LPL flight into the air by 1 minute. Close thing
