Very smart colour scheme for BA.

Also, today sees the first visit of a Lufthansa A321Neo on the afternoon Frankfurt.

Superb photo saw when landing in LHR, made think think that if Court Line had survived this would have been the blue scheme.

Didn't Courtline actually do a BAC-1-11 in similar tones ?

No only the tickets were in blue. It was rumoured that the third TriStar would have been blue but of course that never happened. The LIAT lilac 1-11s were nice though.

I'm seeing plenty Lilac in the BA plane too mind you. Both this and the Courtline version remind of that zesty soap bar from the 1970's, it may even have been called 'Zest' ?

A couple of nice Gulfstreams spending the weekend on Yankee, Global Jet's G650ER LX-ICE, which was only delivered to them a month ago, and Blackbird Air Charter's matt black GVII-G500 OY-WLD which has been with them for 23 months. The GVII family are the only Gulfstreams, excluding the former IAI designs, not powered by Rolls-Royce engines, which goes right back to the original Dart-powered Gulfstream 1 turboprop from 1958.

Nice shots Fergus, thanks. That matt black scheme is horrendous.
