Not guessing, just feeding on some tidbits from a mate who's just had his job saved at BA.
4 x 380,4 x 777 and 30 x 320 family (LGW fleet) all being parked up long term
Can we expect a further influx of BA A320 (Gatwick) fleet at GLA or storage in that case ?

Potentially I suppose. Plenty of space at Gatwick though

Aren’t they already in storage?

Yes but as Clive has said above, there might be a deal afoot to take some more under BAMG's watch, given the fees down south are somewhat mouth watering in certain places. Nothing more than speculation on my part and wondering if the north side A321 dispersal around the stands was them making more available space ?

Interesting. LCY had just went double daily Monday to Friday.

LHR is now up to 4 a day. The winter timetable starting on 26th shows 7 a day to LHR. I can't see that many actually happening but with others cutting back (EZY, LH, KLM) it might be that BA see an opportunity to grab some of the traffic for those who need to travel.

It's my understanding that this is for further storage, and that others may also be headed there.

Alex Cruz replaced by Sean Doyle with immediate effect.

Perhaps this may be the start of better working relations, service and rebuilding faith and trust in a good British company. IMHO smacks of the times Sir Colin Marshall joined from Avis to build a better company than the old adage “ you’re honoured to be on board”.
