October now 5 weekly B777 with no flight on Tue and Thu, until winter schedule changeover then daily A380

As I said in an earlier post the advance schedules are 'planned' but as a comparative EDI is daily, NCL is daily and MAN is double daily

I’m booked on Thursday 8th returning Thursday 15th October on A380 (seat map showed this) booked 4 days ago ... I’ve had no correspondence to say things have changed?

Lucky I read this site: No email from EK, but change shown on app Dep:11th returning 16th - Not suitable for me. Now booked 7th returning 14th.

Rumour from a friend telling me all GLA to DXB to be cancelled restarting 1st November... I’m booked 7th - 14th Oct. Flight still showing good to go and no correspondence from EK to say different. Do you or anyone else have any info on this rumour?

Don’t know the answer, but why does a potential November cancellation concern you if you’re booked to fly in October?

I think he's suggesting the flight is cancelled throughout October, restarting in November ?

Correct and I’ll take it as fake news for the moment, unless factually told different.

My good friend from gla who works at EK cargo says he has never heard this rumour and take it as made up ... unless he had missed a memo ... they have tonnes of freight to move ex gla and would cause alot of inconvenience if this was true ... He has not heard anything saying gla is axed over winter ...
