Emirates
Re: Emirates
Cargo flights are to continue to operate for rest of the year
Re: Emirates
I am hearing EK EDI and NCL are under review and may not return .. however never say never not set in stone ...
Re: Emirates
Noticed that EK flight changed to B777 through to end November
Re: Emirates
With BA also rumoured to be dropping NCL, the place would be a ghost town, with only T3, LM, AF, KL, LH & EW, LS, TUI, FR and the occasional EIR and EZY flights
Re: Emirates
Hopefully its ok ... i always thought it done ok
Re: Emirates
Schedule now showing 4 weekly 777 through until start of S21
Re: Emirates
According to Airlineroute yesterday EDI still down to start daily wef 01 Dec 2020 and NEW to start 5 / week wef 02 Dec 2020 . . . . the catchphrase of Victor Meldrew comes to mind!

Re: Emirates
There is no way (in my opinion) that EDI is starting on 1/12 daily, when larger or more-established EK markets will be operating then at lower frequencies. For example, BRU, CPH, DUS five-weekly, BHX and GLA four-weekly, BUD three-weekly.

In fact, I'd be surprised if actually Emirates restart at EDI (my opinion, no knowledge either way). Especially as the article below mentions reductions in UK staff numbers as they have to "reduce the scale of the operation":
