Not sure whether to put this here or in Other Aviation.

Mostly about possible APD rises in the budget (which he of course isn't very keen on!), but there is this claim in the article:
Mr O’Leary said an increase in APD, which currently stands at £7 for internal flights, would come as a blow after the Irish airline recently poured investment into regional UK airports.

He said: “We’ve put a lot of additional capacity into Glasgow, Edinburgh and Belfast.”
That's surely just plain wrong if he's taliking about GLA - and even if he's conflating Glasgow with PIK, they still haven't really put "a lot" of extra capacity into PIK have they?

That twice Ryanair have made out they’re big a GLA. Maybe MOL genuinely thinks they have a base which is going “gangbusters” and that’s why they don’t expand!

I’m also fairly sure he’s said this line before - probably right out of the MOL playbook, and wouldn’t read too much into it. He probably has no idea of where their bases are tbh as they have so many, he probably just assumes they have a base here.
