Good to see hope all goes well. We originally were going to PMI ex GLA. Holiday cancelled then rebooked for Sicily ex MAN. Understand that may not be happening so, if not, will be reverting to PMI ex GLA on 08/08. It’s just a waiting game now. I feel so sorry for all the crews, Station staff, airport staff and hoteliers, hope all improves very soon.

Just for the record in case it’s not reported TUI will not be flying from Aberdeen, Belfast, Edinburgh, Luton and Norwich this summer. Base closures have still to be confirmed.

2020 is fast becoming a non aviation year for me. From at least one flight a month over the past couple of years to January FRA/MAD, February DUB and March to NCE. I think we may be venturing as far as BHX on EZY to see friends in the Midlands.

Just received confirmation of our third holiday cancellation. Majorca in June replaced by Sicily in August as well as a cruise and stay from Palma in September.

TUI have started back from GLA today with the restart of AYT. G-TAWU is currently inbound to join G-TAWX (2 x B738). A quick check of TUI’s website indicates the following operations in August. TUI’s Spanish islands flights are currently scheduled to restart from Monday 10th August at all bases, however, this is, of course, uncertain at present.
