easyJet financial report was released today, only mention GLA got was saying that maintenance now done in-house at the airport to save costs.

CEO Johan Lundgren also saying that the airline will be coming out of the year with 34 fewer aircraft than pre-pandemic and will rather wet lease aircraft from other airlines. He also said the airline will be doing a "Radical reallocation of our aircraft to higher contributing bases. "

I think you have your tense wrong in the last sentence - the half year announcement states
Transformed business
o Radical reallocation of our aircraft to higher contributing bases.
o Step change in ancillary products delivering now and into the future – first in industry to
implement dynamic pricing.
o Cost base restructured - line by line cost savings delivered with further cost savings underway.

Seems to me like GLA has been very very lucky even if we wish from more out of EZY. The commitment of in house maintenance to me cements their commitment to GLA aswell.

Technically yes, and technically no, it says that they are doing it as part of a recovery and have made changes so far, however, the whole report is based off the consensus of easyJet being in recovery, as is the presentation that was done as well. As the company is still classed as in recovery, there is a chance that further changes are to come.

I agree, it states the airline will only be acquiring 8 aircraft in FY22 (6 in H1 and 2 in early H2).

LGW is getting 79 based aircraft next year
MAN is getting 20
MXP is getting 24
CDG is getting 16

12 aircraft are going to "Destination Bases"

Further changes have not been ruled out however

Looks a bit like admin, moving the slots from EJU to EZY, still on sale for 3-daily (1,2,4,5), 2-daily (3,7), and single flight (6), so a respectable 15 flights per week (Apr/May schedule).
