Southampton

Post by Gla1 »

Looking to the other end of the AGS empire, Southampton seems to be becoming A mini battle ground between blue islands and Eastern. Going head to head on Dublin and Manchester.

Well AGS will jumping up and down for joy!

Very much a weekend base though. If it works out for them in the future though perhaps they would consider basing aircraft. The EDI route isn’t really at a weekly frequency to threaten Loganair seems like just making use of positioning flights.

Eastern taking on french routes from Southampton. Interesting points to take is that they will be launching more routes in the weeks ahead, perhaps bases? Also to say “the uks regional airline” seems a slight stretch.
