I have carried out some more checks, it starts on Sunday the 5th

So they must have been doing a dry run with their operation.

Back above the half-million mark, at 587277 (45% 0f 2019), 4th in the league after LHR, LGW, and MAN, although LTN & STN still to report. Domestic accounted for 237357 (52% of 2019), leaving International at 350k. So, domestic recovering more strongly than International.

A friend in BACF mentioned this a few weeks ago, apparently to release Aer Lingus A320's to go back to European ops from DUB, and to hedge against Emerald not being available.

Makes sense, any ideas what would happen with EI's GLA flights, if they don't want to fly them to EDI then I really don't see them flying to GLA.

Unfortunately not, but BACF must be an option, if there is a problem with Emerald getting started.

Convenient excuse. Was likely to be cut anyway, 787 being way too much of an aircraft not withstanding.
