Definitely. Mind you, arriving at GLA on Sunday afternoon, I had hand luggage only but the queue was so long at Passport Control that the bags were waiting for the pax. It took at least 45 minutes. Well over an hour from landing to getting into the terminal.

Afraid I have to say the whole airport experience was a nightmare both inbound and outbound at GLA and outbound at AGP. Travelling by air is no longer fun or exciting, it’s a dreadful chore.

All of it. Now that’s the end of it.

More BA cancellations for the remainder of summer. That may put paid to Mrs C and I travelling to Munich in September; it’s a waiting game right now.

Baggage is all over the place; missed flights, disruption transfers, lack of sufficient cleaners and disrupted schedules impacted by weather, cleaning, baggage and passengers with insufficient documents!

Yes although restrictions no longer exist they do exist in other countries and don’t even mention the use of face masks!

Against all of this is the weakness of sterling increasing costs, a potential recession in the UK but also looming for Europe and the only folks benefitting are US, Canada, Middle East and other US dollar linked currencies.
