With less than three days to go until the event starts, it’s astonishing that AGS don’t have any information at all on their profile page. Are they just going to turn up and hope that airlines or travel agents just rock-up and engage?

To be fair they took a stand to the Routes Europe event earlier this year (apprently for the first time), so hopefully they'll be replicating that approach for the world event.

Yup. That's apparently how they roll.
Although not related to this event, I have a little experience with travel trade events.
The profile the public can see is rarely the same as the trade can see.
For WorldTravelMarket in London, the public can only see very very basic information, but trade and media (I'm in the latter) have an entire dedicated platform with information on stand holders and details on who is going to be on each stand.
I'm not saying it's the same for routes, but just felt it worth saying it might not be all that meets the eye
