Rumours that GLA and EDI next for the chop.Both currently still on sale though, which hopefully is a good sign. Though, I'd still be very worried about GLA at the moment

Why would MAN get the axe over say more "regional" services ? Is competition strong at MAN ?

United have struggled at Manchester in recent years, as Delta & Virgin have built up their joint venture. American were also struggling there, and dropped their long established Chicago service last year, in favour of continuing with just Philadelphia.
