Good luck to them I may not be the only one however who tends to think of a goose being fattened for christmas, whenever I hear of a private equity firm getting involved in a failed airline... :shock:

Agreed. If I had power I’d ban them or at very least constrain their actions to avoid unwarranted, unwanted takeovers like Cobham, GKN just a couple of examples. Who is next? Rolls Royce?

For me they represent the worst face of capitalism and all about short term gain and long term pain.

Its a Phoenix company. In many industries , this is an absolute No No.Most of them fail. Just sayin...
