Ryanair Eurocontrol Presentation

Post by GeorgeNTravels »

I was able to join the Eurocontrol "Get under the hood of Ryanair" talk on Tuesday with Eddie Wilson, Michael O'Leary and Neal McMahon to learn more about the future of aviation in Europe.

I know O'Leary is like marmite and people either love or loath him, but I think he raised some fair points, and some wildly stupid points (mainly on market consolidation). I have included a link to my piece on the presentation so members can see the main points that were raised.

This is my first time covering a topic like this, so any and all constructive feedback would be welcome.

A good and interesting read but not good news for Glasgow.

Was this comment '[primary secondary airports are the main airports serving a city in a country outside of the capital e.g. Glasgow is a primary secondary airport when compared to Edinburgh]' a direct quote by one of the Ryanair management team or just an explanation of the term?

An explanation, but I can see how it would be confusing so I’ll change the wording to make it clearer
