The issue is 'sharing confidential information with competitors' . . . . sounds like two rivals trying to push up their prices but probably keeping their individual market share

As I've said before, AGS probably got to know about PIK's deals if they were granted preferred bidder status which is different from the above scenario

No obvious AGS/MAG area of competition . . . . Manchester, Stansted & East Midlands v Aberdeen, Glasgow & Southampton
