Their Facebook seems to elaborate more that Gates 1-5 will be used more regularly for jet operations whilst gates 15-16 on the central pier which are normally where the likes of SOU etc will depart are going to be used for ATR 42 operations.

How many Loganair aircraft are actually based at GLA out of interest does anyone know?

My guesses would be:
2x ERJ
2x Saab soon to be ATR 42
2x Twin Otter?

That removes the uncertainty over the future, hopefully allow them to plan ahead a bit.

Would love to see Loganair grow even more. Take on a few larger aircraft like 319 or 320’s. An alternative carrier to LHR or LGW for example. Surely there is sufficient demand to compete with BA on the LHR route? Getting slots is the obvious barrier.

If LM went on the LHR route , they would get slaughtered.. Think A319 or A320 might be a bit big for them .. just my humbles
