EDI- LHR-CDG and return next week.

I haven’t been to CDG for seven years and ORY for even many more. Any spotting tips greatly appreciated.

This Thursday 0715 GLA-STN courtesy of EZY and back Friday on the 0905 STN-GLA and straight to work. It's a marvellous life innit? :(

Edit:Outbound to STN landed 15 minutes early on an old (ish) A319 G-EDZI.Inbound bang on time on A20N G-UZLK. Highlight of the whole thing was two-fold. Departed on R05 from link Foxtrot,a first for me, and we also had a rolling take-off which I like for some strange reason.

You need a permit for CDG and ORY.

Enjoy, thanks for the Paris tips. I’m not going to take any photos, just log what I see.

Thanks. Hong Kong will be a new destination for me. Just need to decide if I will spend the full 2.5 weeks I am away there or if I will tag somewhere else on.

Great city to travel around in: bus, tram, train and ferry. Buy an Octopus Card on arrival at airport, pay deposit and load up credit. The deposit is refundable on departure plus any unused credit so don’t forget before you check in for your onward/return flight.

Kowloon great and very busy, Hing Kong Island has the Peak, Aberdeen Harbour and Mid Levels.
My favourite Asian city I just hope China don't ruin it.
