All pax booked on NCL have been transferred to edi ... i know this to be the case
You sure? I know someone who is now going from MAN
Yes i am sure unless that person requested to go from man ...
Probably did request MAN to be fair

It is still only planned and given the frequent and significant downward shifts by Emirates then it is 'wait and see'

I frankly can't see how there is demand to go from 0 to 7 flights a week in under six weeks time even combining EDI & NCL to match MAN which is now planned to be daily on the B777

As I said in an earlier post the advance schedules are 'planned' but as a comparative EDI is daily, NCL is daily and MAN is double daily

Remember we where meant to be a A380 with the extra capacity ... however they are staying longer in storage unfort so we got 777 so not much wiggly room ... aircraft availability are tight .. been told there will be lots more changes to the uk network so don't read anything into as it stands at the moment

In the current climate, it is better to have 'actual' now rather than 'planned' for weeks/months ahead

Are the weekly freight-only flights continuing?

Haven't seen anything to suggest they've been extended beyond the initial 4 week period. Last one is currently due to be next Friday.

I’m booked on Thursday 8th returning Thursday 15th October on A380 (seat map showed this) booked 4 days ago ... I’ve had no correspondence to say things have changed?

Just had a quick look at Emirates website and Tue & Thu not operating

Sat 10 Oct to Sat 17 Oct must be busy as it is showing as £2,695 return while along the M8 it is £500 - crazy!

The school holidays in the Glasgow City Council area start on the 12th while those in the City of Edinburgh Council area start on the 19th. That may explain part of the difference in demand you've observed.
