It's shocking that over 20 years, GLA has remained largely unchanged in an industry that continues to grow. A lack of growth over such a long period can only be seen as a significant failure, especially when you look at the growth of aviation in general over the same time. Any organisation that has stagnated for two decades in a growing industry can only be classed as a failure. So a very noticeable decline of domestic, with International not quite so bad, but I would suggest still a lot of work to be done.
