Loganair
Re: Loganair
From the sounds DUS will be lucky to return.
Glad to hear Loganair are secure for the future though, when things do return to a new normal it will be interesting to see what a world without Flybe and a larger Loganair will look like. It epcertain,y sounds as if Belfast City could be a medium term prospect for Loganair.

Interesting that around 32:40 he reels off a number of airports that have been supportive, but no mention of EDI. I wonder which airport he's talking about at 33:10? In talking about that airport he refers to the main corporate user of the route announcing major redundancies - I wonder if it was EMA as presumably Roll-Royce were the main corporate user of GLA<>EMA?
Re: Loganair
Southampton now seems to be flying daily, as a GLA/EDI split load, using an E145. And the Isle of Man - London service is now back to London City, after a couple of months at Heathrow.

Re: Loganair
Very sad to read that but then is there an industry/sector that's immune from this Covid shit? Gonna be a bleak winter ahead for sure and possibly an equally bleak summer 2021.Bat-shit crazy time to be alive(no pun intended).
Re: Loganair
Would it be safe to assume the ATR 42/72 expansion is on hold for now as the airline moves through the new normal or is there a greater sense of urgency to get rid of the Saab’s and prepare for a future taking on the fragments of the Flybe network?

Re: Loganair
Plans to retire a few more 340s over the next year and bring in some more ATRs. No change, really.
