Did I read somewhere this morning that Gatwick are sending up another B747 from Virgin tomorrow and another A330 on Friday?

Not heard anything other than there were two (unconfirmed) at LHR, one of which repo'd to MAN yesterday. If VXLG is going there next week then it sounds like that's where all 7 will go for decommissioning.

The five others are at MAN (G-VROS positioned LHR-MAN on 05/05)

On another newsgroup Virgin 747 arrving later this afternoon and A332 still due tomorrow. Time will tell - from Gatwick!

B747 G-VROY showing on FR24 as VIR801P at LHR showing LHR-GLA

A333 G-VWAG also showing as VIR805P but no destination

Parked on 33 according to FR24 so they must have moved the Jet2 that was hibernating there.

It's easy enough when you are within walking distance of GLA and keep one eye on FR24 as your main activity during the housebound part of the day... :lol:
