KLM have apparently suspended all intercontinental flights, all South African, South American, UK and some European night stopper services as the Dutch government is trying to reduce Covid importation into Netherlands.

Yes, two relatively small airfields in the south-west . . . Newquay has temporarily closed its terminal although I haven't seen anything about Exeter 'closing' but it only has one flight to Belfast City three times a week

Exeter has overnight Royal Mail flights.

Whole of the UK, yes. I'd intially seen that on the news then saw a local news bulletin suggesting Scotland was banning UAE flights.
