Managed a couple of local flights today, with 'HX in the morning, then 'FZ in the afternoon.

LS raise further £422m through shareholding fundraise to keep it going over next few months. Suggestion that May, July or September 21 could be likely scenarios for flight restarts.

Glasgow sees 9 additional flights:

Heraklion - 3
Kefalonia - 1
Rhodes - 3
Zakynthos - 2

13th Oct currently sees 8 aircraft needed for the morning.

Also Antalya see 3 added Thursday flights in March 2022.

Jet2 just cancelled my flight to Cyprus for May ‘21. No great surprise. Had already postponed from Sept’21. This time Jet2 offering a straight refund of deposit and not offering to rebook as they did last September.

LS reducing numerous frequencies on routes for S22. Some of the changes:

ALC down to WEEKLY in July/August 2022
TFS down to TWO WEEKLY in July/August
PMI down to FIVE WEEKLY in August

Is this a sign of how low uptake in overseas travel will be next summer?
