May pax - 76721 (72412 domestic)
Jun pax - 132554 (121038 domestic)
Early signs of some recovery with the limited resumption of services. With the restrictions on international traffic, domestic services are carrying the bulk of the traffic, a pattern likely to continue for a bit longer.

June's numbers represent around 15% of 2019's numbersPiperOne wrote: ↑Wed Aug 11, 2021 6:25 pm May pax - 76721 (72412 domestic)

Even if the next six months doubles to 30% of 2019's numbers then GLA will outturn 2021 at only 1.8 million passengers allowing for a bit of a boost around COP 26 (currently running at 0.9m annually)
I can't see a return to 2019's domestic traffic levels due to a shift in corporate travel because of the move to online meeting platforms and a CO2 emissions driven switch by large corporates to rail eg I think (without checking the full timetable) BA are only running GLA-LGW daily
As regards international numbers, see the various pessimistic / negative postings today in the VS to EDI thread

GLA's 2020 Annual Report & Financial Statements are now available on the Companies House website
A loss of £53m after writing off £19m on investment properties and nearly £4m of restructuring costs
A sentence in the Strategic Report states 'The Company anticipates that passenger numbers for the full year will be higher than last year' . . . . rather vague but more than 1.945m
