The EDI forum folks think VS are doing really well at EDI, until I pointed out MCO only looks busy because of GLA's rebooked passengers from 2020, 2021 & 2022

One of them had been foreseeing VS’s demise with glee for years. Another felt sure they’d stop the sunshine flights from Scotland, LGW and MAN and just stay at LHR for some reason. Virgin Atlantic have announced their winter schedule from Edinburgh Airport to Barbados. Flights will operate from 12 December 2022 to 23 March 2023.

Total for the month 437102, of which 204892 were domestic. leaving 232210 for International. EU made up 211k of this, the remainder non-EU. Dublin on top with 25025, Amsterdam next on 17107, Tenerife on 12553, and finally CDG on 10093 make up the destinations in 5 figures. These make up around 28% of the International total. As an aside, Virgin Bridgetown had 707, over 13 sectors flown, so an average of 54.
