Re: GLA S22 Start of Season Report
I will break down the number of seats for each destination into a spreadsheet and then create a formula to subtract each months pax figures. Then at the end of the summer season I will work out the percentage of seats filled for each route.GeorgeNTravels wrote: ↑Sat Jun 25, 2022 5:08 pm Was looking on the ACL website for something and noticed the start of season report was published. Re: GLA S22 Start of Season Report
Who/what is Lumiwings? The only Lumiwings I can find is a Greek carrier with a single B733, currently stored at Tarbes. The figure shown equates to approximately 22 round trips on a 148-seat aircraft.
Also, looks like an extra digit in the BA figure (possibly the 9).

Lumiwings are Greek, both airport are leased to Air Serbia at the presentation 733 and a 73GPiperOne wrote: ↑Sat Jun 25, 2022 6:24 pm Who/what is Lumiwings? See it now, SX-LWA and' LWC both leased to Air Serbia, with 'LWB the stored example, which is presumably being re-activated. What are we expecting them to be operating, as I don't see any reference in the Schedules section?awwdabaaby wrote: ↑Sat Jun 25, 2022 6:25 pmLumiwings are Greek, both airport are leased to Air Serbia at the presentation 733 and a 73GPiperOne wrote: ↑Sat Jun 25, 2022 6:24 pm Who/what is Lumiwings? Re: GLA S22 Start of Season Report
Just double checked there, breakdown for BA is;
LHR - 722,476
LCY - 168,658
LGW - 78,120
AGP - 5,096
ALC - 5,096
BCN - 4,900
MAH - 3,626
SZG - 3,136
GLA? - 196
They don't need to use them all as I think that LHR figure is really high

Re: GLA S22 Start of Season Report
Looking at the above list, the total seats comes to 5.66m, and includes our winter ski destinations and MBJ for cruises, so this would appear to be a full 12 month total. Would that be 1st April 22 to 31st March 23?
I also note Freebird mentioned, but we don't have anything from them at the moment, and that's one I would have expected to be a peak summer service from mid-June to end-July, I know they were linked to Tui, but is it actually happening?

Re: GLA S22 Start of Season Report
The document is titled "GLA S22 Start of Season Report" so my guess is until the end of October. Only saying that as TUI doesn't have Sharm listed and easyJet doesn't have AGA listedPiperOne wrote: ↑Sat Jun 25, 2022 6:46 pm Looking at the above list, the total seats comes to 5.66m, and includes our winter ski destinations and MBJ for cruises, so this would appear to be a full 12 month total. Re: GLA S22 Start of Season Report
That gives a BA total of 991 304, so the first "6" is surplus. That pushes the figure up to around 5.9m. LHR figure looks fine, as it used to be a route with well over a million in its own right, back in the days of BD and BA, so 722k for BA sounds reasonable.GeorgeNTravels wrote: ↑Sat Jun 25, 2022 6:31 pmJust double checked there, breakdown for BA is;
