Movement of the Decade (so far)???

Post by PiperOne »

Already referred to in the Interesting Movements thread, today (8th July) saw classic Lockheed C-130B Hercules 1537/S3-AGB of the Bangladesh Air Force stopping off for fuel en route Rome to Keflavik. Ordered by the USAF as part of their Fiscal Year 1959 procurement, 59-1537, and sold to Bangladesh in 2001. I will need to check the GAAEC logs, but I'm thinking this may be the first 'B' model to visit GLA. I managed to get 3 shots from the fence beside stand 37, as she landed on 23, exiting on ECHO and taxiing to Yankee for parking, via DELTA and runway backtrack.
