No long haul TUI from EMA or STN. BRS is a season long. Think it was DSA that lost its flights for EDIatuk wrote: ↑Fri Aug 26, 2022 5:14 amDoes this also impact other regional short season departures I.e BRS, EMA, STN etc? If so it could be just down to better aircraft use and eliminating expensive positioning flights. Either way hope GLA gains more based services from this. If not £ vs $ rate is beginning to bite!

FRA-GLA and FRA-EDI will both have very similar times on the days they operate double dailysouthflyer wrote: ↑Mon Sep 05, 2022 10:37 am LH to increase FRA-EDI to 2x daily over Winter and introduce a nightstopper.

Good times for connections at their hub, no doubt, rather than anything to do with any perceived M8 corridor inter city rivalry.egpffqtv wrote: ↑Mon Sep 05, 2022 10:51 amFRA-GLA and FRA-EDI will both have very similar times on the days they operate double dailysouthflyer wrote: ↑Mon Sep 05, 2022 10:37 am LH to increase FRA-EDI to 2x daily over Winter and introduce a nightstopper.

Re: Edinburgh
No change from the current schedule AFAIK and GLA goes double daily S23 (EDI probably changes to 3 x daily in S23 mind you).

Re: Edinburgh
Honest question, will EDI be able to cope with all of these trans-Atlantic flights coming at roughly the same time alongside FR, LS, EZY, BA etc. I'm not just saying that for the sake of bashing them, I just don't know how much more it can cope with.Davieboy wrote: ↑Fri Sep 23, 2022 5:30 pmEDI press release below. Quite simply 'making your assets sweat' thus increasing your EBITDA and potential selling price valuation and proactively widening the gap between you and your competition by making sure you are 'single source' on many routes and ideally they are 'single source' on none
