It’s no surprise if routes get cut when no one uses them. No doubt EZY will have a better plan for the aircraft. I’d like to see bread and butter Euro routes like MAD and CPH which folks might actually use.
Did no one use them? Did you check the CAA stats? The airlines will think why add the likes of CPH and MAD when they’re plentifully served 45 miles along the M8

How do you know no one was using them? The second part of your sentence is more correct. Both routes only operated in peak summer and with only 5 (?) based aircraft, they will always look to squeeze the most £££ out of them. Doesn't necessarily mean they was were loss making. Croatia and southern France are high yielding markets and it's a shame if this wasn't able to capture that market properly.

I'd argue MXP and VCE are bread and butter and they can't even last more than a few years. Frankly as far as GLA are concerned, bread and butter is Spain and Turkey.

Unscientific but did anyone in this forum ever use GLA-MRS?
What I’m suggesting is GLA-MAD would be a thicker route and it could sit in the same slot without altering much else.
Before anyone cries foul, if we can do LIS and OPO with EZY then we can do MAD.

Yup I used it 3x return & 1 time single (MRS -GLA) ex Boss lived in Fréjus and MRS was 2nd best to nearest airport NCE which I also used (no GLA link).

easyJet have placed its Winter 2023/24 schedule on sale

Not checked everywhere but Glasgow-Jersey has been converted to Summer Seasonal

Further changes highly likely
