QR now back to their pre-Covid frequency (albeit on the 787 - were both flights on the A350 in 2019?) to EDI yet still only a daily EK flight to GLA. We may have the A380 back but we are still well below 2019 capacity for both seats and cargo. The ME relies heavily on connections and EDI has the upper hand here.
Yes we know. That’ll be because everyone egpffqtv knows prefers to fly from EDI.
You say that like it's a crime. Almost no one I know prefers it, they have next to no choice...
Next to no choice, and AGS GLA don’t appear to be doing anything to remedy that.

Another bus route from Glasgow (and surrounding towns) to EDI airport.
Also restores some long-lost connections from Glasgow to Coatbridge and Airdrie, which First have ditched.

Also a part replacement for the old First Edinburgh 600 linking Livi to the airport! That’s all the former routes replaced; all they need now is to increase the 747 frequency to every quarter hour to Ferrytolland all the Fife coast services will be linked in perfectly.
Stirling is served by Citylink service 909 and although there is no direct Perth service The Ember service runs to Ingliston Park and Ride within an included tram connection to the airport terminal.
Air Canada to extend its Toronto Pearson - Edinburgh route into the winter months, operating 1x daily flight between 1 June 2023 - 28 October 2023, before reducing to 3x weekly flights between 29 October 2023 - 8 January 2024, then pausing before resuming in early spring 2024
