An airline has apologised and a probe has been launched after a vulnerable passenger boarded the wrong flight at Glasgow Airport.

However, instead of boarding the EasyJet flight, she instead entered a plane set for Bristol.

If that’s what a high rated service provides, how bad must the service be at other airports.

It was a post from the airport about the CAA board’s visit earlier this week and how the airport had received the highest rating for their special assistance programme.
