Good route to have back, always thought TUI would do it but good to see easyJet launch a new destination

Good news but the cynic in me wonders what it is replacing.

Sidenote. Will this be the longest flight in the easyjet network?

It's not replacing anything thankfully, I only noticed after making the announcement that there are gaps in the latest schedule on Wednesday and Saturday

Interesting. I didn't even realise the A320 had such range capabilities tbh.

Would test my limits I think sitting for up to 6 hrs in an n Easyjet A320 but great to see nothing lost and a new Winter route. Just a shame Easyjet are building such a seasonality to alot of their GLA routes rather than year round.

It will be a NEO - easily capable. CEO, especially CFM powered would need to be weight restricted.

Jesus Christ. We've seen this before from Team GLA and I really hoped we'd never see it again. Not just promoting Edinburgh flights but also mentioning new flights from Manchester to Iceland and applauding a new BHX base. They've basically just copy and pasted an easyJet press realise. No attempt to make it Glasgow specific. Lazy and embarrassing.

Seriously Team GLA sort your sh!t out!!
