GLA-BHX-GLA tomorrow.

Business meeting in Brum then I’ll get a train from Birmingham to London Euston for a gig in Camden, AirBnB in Marlybone then do it all in reverse the next day.

Even if it wasn’t for the business meeting in Brum this would have been a cheaper and about as fast a way to get to central London as the other options, yet not many people would consider it.

I did that quite a few years ago. An Airtime meeting with co-directors in BHX, train to Euston, tube to Victoria the on to Crawley followed by an overnight stay, Air Europe meeting next morning then return from LGW to GLA. It was early 1991 a month,or so before ILG, owners of Air Europe collapse.

Enjoy Camden mate. It's a great part of London.
We have a store just off Oxford Street and I always get the train to Euston and just walk the rest whenever I need to go there. Simple.

Well, I'm just about to kick off 2025 with a LCA- VIE today.
On checking back in my log, I see that I did total of 73 flights in 2024. That 's a bit of a record for me, anyway we will see how the new year pans out. I have got a few trips already in the works.

I managed 29 flights last year, my highest number. Mostly Ryanair and Easyjet though.
