Seville 18 May

Post by ontimeexceptacars »

Living in England, I am excited about a huge boost in passengers to Spain for the Europa league final. I know there are problems with staffing and so on, but hopefully some of the issues can be overcome and an armada of supporters can be accommodated. Any info nearer the time from those in the know would be great.

CAT 9 fire cover in place over 17-19 May rather than downgrading to CAT8 0001-0200 AND 1430-2359
CAT 9 IS AVBL 17 MAY 0001-19 MAY 2359

We don't have any rumours yet, but the maintenance of RFF9 suggests the airport expect some wideboodies to shift the travelling fans. Looking forward to see what pitches up.

I cant give details at present of the flight schedules as I don't have the approval yet to make public, however we have around 150 extra movements over the three days. This includes positioning and paxs flights in and out. I can confirm a small number of heavies (330, 340 & 763)and the majority of movements will happen during the early hours of the morning with the exception of the 19th where early morning arrivals and mid afternoon arrivals will be featured.

Thanks for the update, looking forward to see what appears, as there are often late changes on footie charters
